Our pit masters currently are in love with their Lang smokers, and use Lang smokers exclusively in the preparation of their meats. Lang Smokers are traditional "stick burners" and only use hardwoods to cook and season the meats- no propane, gas, pellets or electricity are used. This gives the pork a rich taste by using a classic method that has been passed down from generation to generation.
